Easter Food Ideas

Lemon BarsSpringtime in Colorado: 70 degrees yesterday, blizzard conditions today. Snow is often the accompaniment to Easter around here; it is not unusual to see Easter dresses paired with snow boots. Honestly, if I think about it, it is like this in Colorado most of the time, not just in the spring. Always be prepared by packing shorts and snow boots.

Though it doesn’t look like it outside, Easter is only a few days away. I thought I’d highlight some recipes I have shared in the past year that would be great for your Easter celebration. Easter seems like a great time for decadent breakfast or brunch items and delicious desserts.

Breakfast/Brunch:

  1. Ham and Egg Cups. These are always a huge hit when I bring them to events. At my church, ham and egg cups are synonymous with the Pinewood Derby because they are a required menu item for the event breakfast.
